One Dozen Top Dating And Seduction Resources For Men On The Net

Recently I did a video featuring all the cool resources on the Internet I could find for men when it comes to dating and seduction.

For fun, I’ve decided to list the twelve best (outside of the wide world of X & Y Communications, naturally…right?). I couldn’t come up with a clear winner so I’ve listed them in reverse alphabetical order:

=====

Thundercat’s Seduction Lair

Joseph Matthew’s wildly popular portal for all things Seduction Community is often controversial, but always the source of an interesting read. With as much traffic his site gets, you’re always guaranteed something fresh and provocative. It’s the “gloves off” approach, all the way, which here in Texas is never a bad thing.

BTW, I’m still trying to figure out how I get traffic from TSL every other minute even though I can’t find any of my links there anywhere. I’ve been meaning to give Thundy a call and ask him about that.

SoSuave

OK, granted. There are some BITTER dudes on Allen’s forums. But that’s one popular message board nonetheless. What truly sets So Suave apart, however, is the completely novel way that articles are posted on the front page. Brief, focused material gets the nod, and that nod is often given to people who are normal, every day guys who contributed their coolest bits of advice.

And once your material makes that front page, it’s highlighted for literally weeks. Allen chooses the best of the best, and adds only one or two articles to the rotation every week.

Seduction Chronicles

This is an exceptionally well thought out site that is pleasing not only to the eye but to the intellect. Donovan somehow manages to incorporate a literally staggering amount of high-quality content while keeping a clean interface. The quantity and the quality of interaction on this site is unparalleled. Definitely a must-read.

Sargenation

What the guys at Sargenation have done is set up a blog-aggregation site that essentially acts as a clearinghouse for every major blog on dating and seduction out there. Visitors can log in and vote their favorites to the top of the list, while partaking of tons of additional content. Very user-friendly and well stocked on a regular basis with high-quality reads.

PUA Ratings

Here’s a site where you, the reader, can rate various info-products or even write entire reviews. This alone makes it a killer resource for anyone wanting only the very best when it comes to premium content.

But it goes much further than that. Gigi is gifted at rooting out the most intriguing and/or hilarious happenings in the community and places them on the front page where they’re ultra-easy to find.

Plus there are regular contributions from various dating “gurus”. Nice going, Gigi.

PUA Connect

Think “MySpace” for guys who want to get better with women and you aren’t too far off. This is a great way for guys to share ideas with like-minded dudes and/or even find wingmen in their local area.

All you do is sign up, post a profile (easy) and you’re good to go. There are several well-known names who are members there and tons of other cool guys too, so it’s kind of a kick to make friends with everyone.

Pickup Podcast

AJ & Jordan have done a great job at building a truly outstanding presence in just over a year. Their determination and commitment to excellence is evident in everything they touch, starting with their juggernaut podcast and continuing with their impressive message board.

Their approach to building their operation has reminded me of that of Cisco Systems: Become the best at one thing, and leverage that leadership to in turn become the top one or two in a closely-related niche.

And as anyone who is even remotely close to the IT market knows, Cisco hasn’t exactly sucked at that.

Neither have AJ & Jordan. Pickup Podcast, now up to 150,000 downloads per month naturally segued into what is arguably the most well-planned and civil discussion board in the world of men’s dating and seduction advice.

Wait until you see what’s next…

Nirvanos’ Seduction Community

This site is a showcase of all the different ways to pump out as much high-quality information as possible. Part blog, part news portal, part dating advice archive, Nirvanos has not only built a formidable source of content, he has wrapped it all up in a sweet looking interface.

Plus, you’ve got to give kudos to a guy who manages to combine Pro Rally and seduction advice. Nice.

Grow Your Game

Here’s another site with a well-designed interface and very strong content. The blog-aggregation component, similar to that of Sargenation, is found here along with a variety of content from writers of just about every viewpoint imaginable.

Grow Your Game’s readership is growing at a lightning pace, and for good reason. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more comprehensive “go-to” portal for great advice and breaking news.

Cliff’s List

No doubt a blog post like this without the venerable Cliff’s List in it would be like a day without sunshine.

Cliff Lee’s mailing list is one that every man who wants to be great with women should be on. Cliff has been influential in launching the careers or countless dating advisers (the author included), and continues to offer his e-mail newsletters as an open forum for anyone with well-formed opinion on dating or seduction.

Amazingly, Cliff is sort of like the “Switzerland” of men’s dating advice. He’s pretty much neutral when it comes to method or tactics, as long as nobody is getting hurt or swindled.

Look for great things coming up soon at CliffsList.com from the man who brought you the massive seminars that anyone who has ever attended still talks about.

Angel Eyes, Devil Smile

Brad Howard’s engaging writing style stands alone as enough to warrant inclusion on this list. His way of thinking about women and seduction is 100% original.

But I’ll tell you what, Brad also gives away so much cool stuff on his site that many commercially-minded bootcamper types are embarrassed.

What’s more, the design is super cool. Definitely worth a visit.

ALoveLinksPlus

RobRob8’s site is not for the faint of heart. Only guys who can handle a non-stop onslaught of content that’s enough to make your head explode need apply.

Seriously, don’t come here looking for something in particular because basically there are so many links on the front page alone that Craigslist is jealous. Only ALoveLinksPlus is more focused on dating advice and, frankly, is much pinker also. Like I said, decidedly not for the squeamish.

So why not count yourself open to the challenge, crack open a cold one and stay for a while. You can basically click your brains out on one amazingly useful bit after another for as long as your schedule allows.

BONUS: Scribd

OK, this one I’ve added as a “bonus” because it’s really not a dating advice site per se. Nonetheless, it’s a straight-up bonanza.

Scribd was designed as a site where authors could upload documents for open viewing by the entire Internet. Consider it as kind of an “article marketing meets YouTube” deal and you get the point.

When you go to the site, find the “How To” section, then the “Dating Advice” subsection. There, provided you are red-blooded, you will have an OMG moment. You can thank me by leaving a blog comment or something.

Hint: YES…PDFs are allowed on Scribd.

Sick man, sick.

So that’s my list. Happy clicking. Any standouts in your mind that you think I forgot? Make your opinion known. With that in mind, the assumption has been made in this post that everyone has heard of YouTube.

Also, do a brother a favor and Digg this one or save it to Del.icio.us using the icons below. Mega thanks.

Be Good,

Scot McKay
